In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the Cham Bahnhof, Vilette Park by the Zugersee or the Andreas Klinik.
The rent is CHF 3'050 plus CHF 250 nebenkosten. The apartment comes with 2 parking spots for CHF 120 each. If you only need 1 spot, the other spot can be easily rented out to another tenant as parking spots are in short supply.
