We have a lovely 2 1/2 room apartment on the 1st floor in House Parsennblick 18, Davos (ca., 44m2) sleeps 4 Adults and 1 baby; well furnished apartment in apartment house with elevator and swimming pool (bathing cap mandatory); parking outside no. 48; south east facing balcony with table and chairs; open plan well equipped kitchen with oven and fridge / freezer, coffee machine, blender and smoothie maker, toaster, raclette, cheese fondue and chinoise fondue; 1 living / bedroom with corner sofa bed, TV, radio, dvd player with a selection of films, selection of games and books, dining area (can seat 8 people); 1 bedroom with 2 beds, large wardrobe, bedside tables; bath / WC with electric heater and mirrored cupboard; bed linen, kitchen towels, bath towels, blue rubbish bags, porch with coat rack; baby bed and baby bed linen available;
pets are allowed; Non - Smoking!
Cleaning: CHF 90.– flatrate
Washing: CHF 25.– per person
Dogs: CHF 25.– per stay
Gest tax Davos per person per night:
December – April CHF 5.90
Children till 12 years are tax free!
