We are looking for someone to take over the lease for our charming, well appointed apartment in the centre of St. Gallen. 2.5 rooms (1 bedroom), two levels (bedroom below living room), two balconies over the green courtyard, plus a shared roof terrace over the apartment. Modern bathroom and modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Parquet throughout with tile in bathroom and granite in kitchen. Despite being in the middle of town it is quiet, with the bedroom facing the courtyard. No other apartments above or below the apartment, so very quiet and private. Shared washer and dryer for use at any time. Restaurants, Coop, Market, shopping, cinema, public transport steps away. We'd also be open to include furniture very cheaply.
