We are looking for a female flatsharer, to sublet a room, in a lovely apartment in the heart of Lausanne/Pully. Ideally located 10mins walking distance to Lausanne Gare and Lake Geneva/Ouchy promenade. Local shops are two minutes walk away and nearest bus stop is a 30 second stroll. The flat is shared with two other people...a young professional couple who love culture, photography and art, skiing, good food and wine.

The room is Available from 13 February - 3 April and is fully furnished, it has a double bed, built-in double wardrobe, lights, shared bathroom and separate toilet. Price 300CHF per week includes gas, electricity, water and wifi. (possible to rent on a monthly basis if prefered)

Shared use of large living room, kitchen and dining room with balcony and magnificent views over Lake Geneva and the French Alps.

Laundry room with Washer and dryer, also available by appointment.
