In Central Baar, available 1st March 2012. Close to train station and shops. Rent excluding NK: CHF 2,490. Parquet floor, cable TV possible, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment!

Correction: the rent is CHF 2,490 including NK.
