This apartment is still available.The balcony and one window has a beautiful lake view.Lake is just few minutes walk away.Laundry is free and the laundry room is open 24 hr.There are lots of public schools, international schools and day cares located near the apartment.The apartment is almost new and nicely decorated.It has plenty of built in storage space.

hi, Glad to have found your post. I am looking for an apartment very near EPFL myself. Unfortunately, I do not have 2 or 3 other people who are looking for an apartment at the same time as I am. Nonetheless, if you come across a few other people who are looking for single rooms, hope you can let me know, and may be you can fill your apartment that way if you have not already.
