a separate
bathroom/toilett (5.5m2)
studio in basement (ca. 20 m2)
and a
parkin lot for sFr.
1500.-
also you can use the
big livingroom and the
dining room, the
buro with wireless/cable modem, the
kitchen (you'd have your own fridge, and there's a dishwasher)
washtower,
huge garden, basement and pavement storage space.
all the rooms have
wooden floors.
Everything is furnished (elegant modern) exept of the 3 rooms with terrasse!
we have been living here the 4 of us for 3 years, and we never had space problems.
I have 5 cats and a dog - that's actually the reason, why i want to stay here! they love the garden and it would be such a big stress for them to move to another place!
I’m looking for a single person or a couple which plans to move to switzerland and needs a start-up home for something like a year and has no cat or doghair allergy.
That doesn’t mean that everything is full of cathair or that you would have to take care after them, but - they will tiptoe all around.
Trainstation is 3 minutes from here, every 30 minutes there is a train to zurich (20 min) and to baden (3 min).
Autobahn A1 junction 2000m from here, by car it takes you
20 min. to Zürich,
20 min. to Aarau
30 min. to Basel
60 min. to Bern
Cleaner (lovely Emma) can be hired for sFr. 25.-/ h
so - if you want to share a house with a 32 year old female radio dj and writer, which loves to cook (greek of course) in a house near the river Limmat (there are little beaches, it’s beautifull for swimming, fishing and jogging) in a quiet environment... just PM me 4 pictures and more infos...
