We are currently still looking for a 3 room ground floor apartment in Kreis 6, preferably in the Schaffhauserplatz neighborhood. We'd like to move in the next few months. Our rent maximum is 1900 with Nebenkosten.

We currently live in a large 2.5 (67 m2) apartment in the area and would be happy to swap. The big pro in our current apartment is a washer/dryer. The con is that it is on the 4th floor with no lift. The con is why we would like to move as we are expecting a baby soon.
