The location is ideal for public transportation as there are 2 buses, 2 trams, and 2 trains that stop at Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen. There are 2 large bedrooms and a shared office, which can also be used as a guest bedroom. The apartment was recently remodeled 2 years ago, has hardwood floors, a split bathroom, new kitchen appliances, basement with storage, and a washer and dryer to be shared with 1 other apartment. The apartment also has an exclusive garden area with a partial view of the lake.
The rent for 1/2 share of the apartment is CHF 1'700.
