This is an incredible flat in the middle of Zurich. It is on the top floor on the corner with incredible views of the city and the Alps, 3 balconies, washer and dryer in the apartment, parquet floors, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, office and an elevator in a cool, 100 year old building. It is a 7 minute to walk to the main station and less to Niederdorf but still in a quiet location. The apartment is furnished and the bedroom even has a closet and shelf space.

The bedroom is full of very nice stuff last (new queen bed, 27 inch flat screen TV, dvd, chest of drawers, painting, mirror, lamp, etc) that I have just bought in the in the last 1.5 years. I am selling all bedroom stuff for CHF 1300. Apartment pics can be seen here.

This room needs to be filled (or really just paid for) by February 1, 2008 -yes, in about a week. The apartment will be shared with my current roommate (Tom) who is very easy to get along with and has been a great roommate. I am leaving Switzerland because of my job or there is no way I would move from this place.

I might be interested in the flatshare and the furniture. I could definitely move by next week, I'm in a temporary room until I find a real apartment. I just moved from NY to work at ETH. Is there a way I can see the apartment tomorrow or this weekend sometime and meet Tom?
