I hope that you will not offer the apartment before I come over? How will you decide? Is it necessary to meet a landlord aswell? Could you show me any paper work (contract)? Also, what deposit may be required?

6.30pm is totally fine. And you will have to meet the landlord, yes, but only if you decide to take the room. As you seem so keen, I will not offer the apartment till you see it.

As for decisions, to be honest, its first come first served, whoever likes it can have it. As for the contract, there is one, but I have never signed it, it is entirely in the other girls name. There is also no deposit to be paid at all, which is a very attractive part of this apartment.

I have to stay in Basel for 4 nights from 4 April 2008 till the 8th.
I wondered if me and my female colleague could rent the appartment for that period, or if you or anyone knows someone who could rent a room or two in that period to two serious entrepreneurs.
B&B would be fine too, but just a room or flat is also fine. We will only be there to sleep.
I hope you know someone who likes to earn some extra money.
