It might be worth mentioning if your balcony is south-facing and if the landlord allows satellite dishes on the balcony - many expats love their dishes

Yes I used to watch Sky TV using Sat. dish it works perfect...

And most important landlord does not have a problem with it..

Hurry up as I have to give the apartment in another 2 weeks..
