I'd actually viewed around 15 flats before deciding to take this one. Yes, it may be a bit too big for a single person (like myself) but it's very difficult to find a flat with this large open space (living+dining) in smaller/cheaper property (at least when I was looking...).

Just noticed that I've put a wrong information in my original post.

The train service from Rapperswil towards Zurich HB are S5 and S7, not S2. (You could use S5 to Pfaeffikon and change to S2 to go to Zurich HB or airport though.)

Also, the title did not comply to the guideline, should have put 'Offering'.
