It is a bargain!
The rent is 2100CHF per month plus 60CHF car parking space plus 150 CHF charges. It is officially available from the 1st April but we are flexible on that. Sadly we are having to relocate back to the UK. It is a new developent and is one of five. Our neighbours are lovely and it is in a pieceful residential area. There is a beach by the lake approx 100m away. I will take some photos tomorrow but don't think they do it justice. It is spacious and a real bargain for the price as many appartments cost a lot more.
The contract is the standard Swiss contract for letting houses and flats.

this sounds great. Is the basement habitable for a guest bedroom?? We need 3 bedrooms for us and our 2 children, but would like somwhere to put up guests (who I think will be visiting frequently!). How long would it take to drive to Geneva in rush hour from where you are? Or how long does the train take?
