The appartment is in Rosenberg, at the begining of the hill, about a 5min walkt to the HB. It is very sunny and quiet, with trees all around it:

- 3.5 rooms (75m2), 1st floor with a view
- Parket in living room, carpets in the sleeping room/office
- Inbuilt closet
- Modern kitchen, redone about 1 year ago; diswasher and glaskeramik
- sunny all day , with terrase, cellar
- The rent is CHF 1250. (including living costs),
- Parking place possibility.

I am just moving in to St. Gallen and I am trying to find an apartment for the beginning of December. Coincidence!

It i smy first weekend in SG and I am looking around for somewhere before the family arrive. What sort of place is Rosenberg? Do you have a family in the appartment or would you say it is more suitable for childless couples?

The flat is still available.... Rosenberg, aka Goldberg, is a good place to live - it seems that the St Galler wealthy famillies have built their big houses here.... It has sun all day, that is for sure... Actually it is quite residencial, but at the same time is close to the city center, the train station, the city park... It is very convinient.
About the flat itself, it seems to me more adecuate for a childless couple than a familly.... But, everything is relative in life - I guess it would suit a small familly, too. But probably the best way is that you come and see it for yourself.... Just PM me if you still want to see it.
