I have a 3 bedroom furnished flat in Wollishofen that I'm wanting someone to either rent out on a short term basis (3 months min) or to take over the lease I have till October.

- Has 2 double rooms, no balcony, a dishwasher, a shared laundry room with washer and dryer, cutlery etc.
- Is within 10 minutes walking distance to Lake Zurich
- Is within 15 minutes walking distance to Sihl River near Uetliberg.
- 2 minutes walking distance to tram 7 line
- Wireless internet
- 2 minutes walk to large COOP open until 8.

If you want to take over the lease till October (or perhaps for longer), the rent is 1850 per month ex bills.
If you want to rent the place on a short term basis, the rent is 2000/month inclusive.
