I am staying with my girlfriend so my apartment is currently available but I do still have my things that are waiting to be sold. If you are ready to move in, I can find a storage place for the stuff.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with ground floor being floor 0) and has a kitchen, and three other rooms, plus a bathroom.

Actually, the owner would want to rent it on a yearly basis (year-to-year). It is not 3-month rental.

Since I am leaving early, if I find someone to rent the place then I don't have to pay the rest of my year (which is a little easier on my wallet).

Sorry, I don't have any pictures but I can tell you a little more about it.

There are three rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom (no tub, shower only). I have these three rooms configured to livingroom, bedroom, office. Overall, the apartment is 70-74 sq m. and has a balcony from with you can see Lake Geneva and France. There is a park right across the road which is nice for taking a walk in nice weather.

The apartment has been fine for me for the past year but since I am moving to another country, not much reason in my keeping it.

There is parking available, although I didn't use it since I don't have a car.
