Hi, I have almost the same question as the previous post. We may consider the price and place, but just do not need so much space. If you have anything smaller and can let me know (or pm me) I would greatly appreciate. We are looking for move-in dates around July, but would consider earlier date if necessary.

This looks quite interesting; we're a family of 5 (ages 16, 10 and 10), with kids at ISL. Looks like the house is in Epalinges, correct? We were aiming to be a bit closer in, but realise that often you trade space for access. Would the home be available as late as August?
