I have to move to Bern in the next couple of months, therefore a 2,5 room apartment will be available in Dübendorf (CH-8600) as soon as I've found an other one in Bern (July-August).
The flat is on the groundfloor, about 75 sm, with terrace and a piece of green field in front of it, perfect for grilling. Own washing machine and tumbler in the flat, Ceramic stove, one bathroom with bathtub, one toilette, + a big cellar is belonging to the flat. Renting fee is 1550 CHF per month (mit Nebenskosten). The area is quite nice and silent, with several free parking place around the house. Garage is also available, as far as I rembember for about 150CHF. It's close to Zürich Stettbach so you can get into the city easily.
