If anyone interested. My wife and me are leaving Switzerland and are looking for somebody to take over our lease. The apartment (ground floor) is located in Zurich, Höngg at Naglerwiesenstrasse, next to a 46 bus stop and 89’s terminus. It is spacious 3,5 pieces (around 85 sq. m) – huge living/dining room (around 40 sq. m), 2 bedrooms, WC and bathroom separated + 16 sq. m terrace (suitable for a sat. dish) and decent cellar. It is in a very quite and green neighborhood, excellent for long walks or jogging. It is possible to rent a place in an underground garage in the building or use surrounding blue-line zones. The apartment will be free as of 15 July 2008. Current rent is 1820 ChF (including NK). So far not advertised anywhere else.

It is Naglerwiesenstrasse 58. The earliest it can be taken is from 15 July, we are physically moving around 10 July.

I think there is some confusion here. I asked about this apartment's availability and somehow it ended up looking like I'm the owner or tenant. Sorry for that, but I'm not sure how that happened.
