Can you give some more details about the flat? This way people can see if they'd be interested (such as square meters, what it is near, etc.)

not sure what the square meterage is on 2nd floor , there are 2 average sized bedrooms with a diner thru living room, bathroom with bath, a small balcony with lake glimpses. rent is 1530chf a month with parking space .Its a very quiet residential area in St. Legier near Vevey and has a train, 2 mins walk away, which runs every 30 mins to Vevey and up to Blonay takes 10 mins to Vevey station and Lausanne is about 10 mins from Vevey.Pm me for more info...

whats st legier like to live in. Is there a school nearby? Is there much of a community there? We are moving over next year to Vaud and have been looking at land, there are a few plots in St legier at fairly reasonable prices for sale. obviously we would have to rent before building. But as kids in school will look to rent in same location where building to avoid change of school. Not moving till summer tho I think.

yeah its a great place overlooks the lake and mountains etc just near enough to vevey and a real sense of community not sure what the schools are like ....there are quite a few expats here too in fact i think Blonay is half english lol expensive to buy here tho but rents on appartments are normal ...a nice little train service runs every half hour down to Vevey its quite idyllic all the hinterland above vevey and Montreux are very nice places to live Nestlé are the big guns in Vevey lots of anglophones working there.... hope that helps..
