We have to move back to Australia sooner than expected and as a result our apartment will be vacant as of 1 September. The agent wants to choose the tenant but providing you are not a criminal and you want to buy our furniture, we can approach the agency together.... Wouldn't it be great to just move in without Ikea and furniture hunting hassle, hours of putting together furniture etc?!

Furniture
We have a house full of furniture (eg comfy beds, couch, large flat-screen TV, dining, plus iron, ironing board, kitchen stuff - microwave, plates, etc etc) that we wish to sell to whoever takes our place. We will offer it at significantly reduced price - we purchased furniture only 9 months ago...
Note: that we want to sell our furniture as a package- not individual pieces and ideally to the person taking our apartment.
