Also, is the 20m2 also to share? So two people share 20m2 or is that 20m2 each?

1) 500:- for 10m2 exclusive in a 20m2 shared apartment
2) 500:- for 20m2 shared
3) 1000:- for 10m2 exclusive in a 20m2 shared apartment
3) 1000:- for 20m2 shared

It is 20m2 shared.

The rent is 1000 chf per person

The rent can be reduced to 900 chf through my company. But this I cannot guarentee.

As gooner points out, you'll have to be damn friendly to share one 20m2 room. Is the toilet also in that room?

No it sounds crap. Bad enough living in Opfikon, but even with that budget then you should be able to get somewhere better.

Are you planning to share a bed? What are the sleeping/ablution arrangements?

Given the information you have given us thus far, I don't think "us guys" are interested in sharing your closet/room any time soon.
