Our flat in Wildbachstr 65 will be free soon (likely as of 1st September), as we are looking to move to the other side of the lake.

Its 2 level, 1st level: open plan kitchen+living area with fireplace; 2nd level, large terrace, bathroom, bedroom. Terrace has lake view.

Whole flat has white tiled floors, black metal fireplace, so quite modern.

Easy-going communal washing, 4 machines, 2 tumble-dryers, anytime

Underground parking - 150 chf a month

2350 chh a month. (not sure if this will increase due to tenant
change)

If you are interested, we will be showing the flat to expats (before it goes on homegate) on Monday, 11th of August, from 7pm to 8pm.
