My apartment, a loft of 130m2, is on the second floor of a former farm house, renovated 20 years ago, with open views to the Alps, Leman Lake and Jura.



Apparent beams, chimney, natural stone floors give it a very cosy feeling. Kitchen is fully equipped, with Vitroceram plates, combined oven + micro-oven, brand new dishwasher, fridge. A clothes washing machine and tumble dryer are also installed.



As the bedroom is accessed through a steep staircase, I would only recommend this apartment to "younger" people or couples without children (no disrespect to the elderly, but you really need to be in control of your feet



A covered exterior parking place is also included, as well as high speed internet (3Mb/s download), and access to the common grounds and garden.



Monthly rent: 2200.- CHF + 400.- Charges (Heating/Water/Conciergerie)
