hi guys,

currently looking to downsize our apartment, it is 200sq m, perfect size and location (too expensive for us) but we cannot find a smaller one in Thalwil, if anyone interested in an exchange of sorts please pm me.

The apartment is great for a family with teenagers as 2 bedrooms on upper level. It has private washing and drying facilities, great size kitchen, two bathrooms and tiled throughout living area.

Cost per month is 4,629.

Any offers??
