A friends apartment is coming up for grabs end of this year (he's moving out 30th Nov so I assume 1st Dec availability). Is with the landlord at the moment to advertise as they've given notice, but if anyone wants or knows of someone that may want it let me know and I can try sneak in before they start advertising.
Wiesenstrasse, Thalwil. Duplex, 6 1/2 rooms (2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms), 160 sq m, 3 balconies. Fantastic place with nice views over a meadow. He's only moving cos we have child who needs a garden and 3 balconies are not enough for him !
