I own a beautiful chalet in the French Alps 1 hour from Geneva - until recently I rented the self-contained apartment in the chalet on a weekly holiday basis - I'm now wanting to offer it as a long-term rental only.

LOCATION: Chinaillon-Le Grand Bornand in the Aravis mountains, Haute Savoie - 1 Hour from Geneva centre/airport. 1300m altitude. 3 minutes drive to shops/restaurants and ski pistes.

The chalet is on a very quiet road in a fabulous location with a wonderful view. The spacious 2-bed apartment (65m2) is reached down steps from the driveway. Features of the apartment are as follows:

• 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin
• 2 bathrooms - 1 full bath/shower, separate WC; 1 shower/wc room
• Large living/kitchen/dining area including 2 sofa beds
• Plentiful cupboard space
• Fully furnished
• Fully equipped for up to 6 people
• Terrace/garden area
• Parking for up to 2 cars

It's ideal for up to 6 people (or 8 just) for weekends/holidays or for a couple/family wanting to try out living in the mountains before a permanent move.

I'm looking for either 12+ months rental or rental for just the ski season (December - April inclusive).

APPROXIMATE PRICE (negotiable depending on use):
12+ months rental: 1000€ per month plus utility charges
Winter season rental only: 9000€ fully inclusve of all charges
