Appartment Share needed asap

I'm looking for someone to share my furnished apartment in uetikon asap.

Apartment

The apartment is actually owned by Tandem school the company I work for. There is a all round price which includes the rental fee, water, electricity, internet, phone line (but not calls made) and tv licence/bills and repairs if needed. This also includes the washing machine/dryer which is located in the basement of the building block. All furniture is provided and recently purchased last week at IKEA.

The apartment itself has 2 bathrooms (1 large & 1 small), 2 bedrooms, seperate kitchen, huge living area, storage, and a lovely garden which is great for summer bbq parties, bike storage and cellar storage. There are also washing machines which are shared throughout the other apartments but are rarley used by the other people.

The rent of the apartment is 1500CHF per month.

I live right next to a bus stop which can take you to Milen and 5-10min walk to Uetikon station. Zurich is not far at all which I travel every day.

Anyone is more than welcome to come and veiw the apartment if interested.

About myself

I'm 21 years old and come from Birmingham Uk. I'm very easy going and I have had lots of experience of house share in Japan, Greece and Egypt. Im currently working for a preschool in zurich and will be for the next three years.

If you are interested please contact me via email then phone - locoamy@yahoo.co.uk

Kind regards

Amy c

Re: Appartment Share needed asap

Where does the "sharing" part come into play? Especially with respect to the CHF 1500 per month?

Hate to be all intellectual about this ... but how about 50% ? (ie 750 CHF).

Maybe if you could explain the TOTAL RENT for the apartment ... and the rent that you expect your flatmate to pay ... it would be clearer for everyone.

Re: Appartment Share needed asap

Tandem have only just invested in this...lending 6000CHF for furniture and other expenses like deposit etc

in the contract it states that if the rental fee will be proportionally reduced if by any chance the account would contain a positive incme of more than 5000CHF minus the 4000deposit

Indeed Rupert. I once "shared" a house and found out later that I'd been paying most of the rent.

Re: Appartment Share needed asap

this isnt really my area of work...Tandem is a non profit company...so they would never gain anything from this...

Can you explain this in simple terms? What you've written here sounds like a load of blahblah. If Tandem is a business that provides flat for expats, then probably 6000 CHF is a peanut.

Re: Appartment Share needed asap

no sorry the room has gone...however if you need somewhere to stay we have an extra bed and ur more than welcome till you find your own place.....Its alot easier than stressing out about where to live before you even arrive here.

Me and Jem would charge you only 500/600CHFper month including all water electric etc etc
