I have a large bedroom for rent in a beautiful top floor penthouse apartment 187sq meters, the room is fully furnished; double bed, bedside lockers, wardrope, lamps bed clothes etc..

the apartment itself is a 4.5 room top floor loft apartment with beautiful original wooden beams which occupies the whole top floor of the building, there is a large L shaped living room 90sq meters with wood burner, kitchen seperate dinining room which we converted into a bedroom, double bathroom.

this is for a lease term of between 3-6months maybe longer. Rent is 723CHF per month. There is only a small deposit of 300CHF to pay and a notice period of 1 month to move out (this is because of the short term)

There is 3 others living in the apartment and it never seems to get cramped, all are male aged between 21-25 and all work at the airport. we are looking for anyone male female any age doesnt matter.
