Hi my name is Jemma, I'm a 26 year old qualified accountant and I desperately need a room from January 28th. I did secure a place but I have been let down very badly at the last minute so would appreciate a quick response!!!
I will be arriving in Zurich around 7pm on Sunday January 28th and will need a furnished room ready to move into.
If you have anything available, can you please send me some more information about the room, is there a deposit, do you need references, who else would I be sharing with and if you have any pictures that would be great.

Bit of info about me...
I'm English and don't speak any German yet but hope to learn when I get to Switzerland (I speak a little Spanish and French if that helps!). I love nights in and out, love good food and wine, films, concerts,live music etc. I also enjoy horse riding. I am keen on exploring new places and would like to spend time getting to know ZurichSwitzerland and the Alps.

I am newly single.... I was supposed to be moving from the UK to the Basel/Zurich area of Switzerland with my boyfriend who very considerately
decided he didn't want us to be together afer I'd gone to the hassle of
finding a job in Switz to be with him!!! But c'est la vie!!

I am looking for a house share with friendly easy going people who don't mind me tagging along with them on nights out, and showing me the ropes of living in Switzerland until I get settled.

I am not bothered about age/race/sexuality/nationality etc what is more
important is that I can meet people that will become friends and who will help me settle into Zurich with minimum disruption.

Unfortunately I will not be able to view the property until I arrive in Zurich
on Jan 28th.

I welcome any questions that you feel you want to ask and will try to respond to them quickly.

Sorry I don't know of anything although I will be moving to Zurich on the 6 February with my boyfriend, and I am also an accountant (ACA), so hopefully the same fate won't fall upon me and I will get dumped too!

Anyway, sorry to hear about your predicament, we are renting a 1 bed flat for CHF2,100 a month, so maybe you could do something similar?

hey I will have to move in a new apartment beginning April and I am in look out for potential house mates..we could meet up and see if anything comes out of it...finding a room/apartment to ones liking is generally a tedious process in Zürich so sooner one starts looks the better it is!
..and if u don't find anything for the short term, then send me a pm and we can think what can be done!
