I have a 2.5 room apartment, fully furnished, for sublet in Seefeld. While you're looking for housing, my apartment is available from Dec. and Jan., with possibility for extenstion. Balkony, chimney, and full kitchen. Near trams 2, 4, and 2 Coops and Migro. 5 minutes to lake. Cost is 2,500chf/month, plus deposit.
