I'm really interested in your proposal.
Is it possible to rent this flat for a family of 2 adults and a child (2.5 years old)? I hold Permit L issued till 10.2009 but then it will be renewed for at least one year more? Is it possible in your opinion to get this flat?

In Switzerland, the Landlords are not too keen on renting 2 room appartments (even 3 room appartments!) to more than 1 person, so good luck!
