I am looking for a place to rent or share with someone in the Lausanne central area

I need it for about a year or so, I could afford a place on my own but sharing the cost with someone would be a nice option,

Does anyone know of anyone wanting to share a place, or any rooms to rent. I'm sure together we could get a bigger/nicer place, I'm 26 male and a non smoker. if you have any questions feel free to ask

This morning (Feb 12th, '07), there were 2 or 3 notices on the first floor of the 'Internef' building at the University of Lausanne for small rooms to rent or 2-bedroom places to share, you could give those a try!

Welcome to Lausanne. This is Raj from Toronto. I am also new to the city. I have been here since Feb.5.2007. I am starting my PhD studies at EPFL. At present I am staying at the guest room provided by the institute and it appears they are going to kick me out soon. So I am aggressively looking for a place.
I think chances of getting a bigger place (3-4 rooms) are higher than a studio or 1 room apartment. So I will be willing to share if either of us manage to find 3 piece apartment ( 2 bedrooms + living room). I am looking around Lausanne downtown area or Epalinges.
