Apartment to sublet in a nice residential area near Zurich city centre

We are looking for someone who would be interested in subletting our nice, spacious apartment near Schaffhauserplatz in Zurich for a period of 1-2 years while we live in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. It´s a second-floor (top-floor) apartment on Roetelstrasse consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (including dishwasher, cooker, storage and oven), a separate dining area, two bathrooms and two balconies. Schaffhauserplatz with its many tram and bus stops is just 5 minutes´ walk away. When taking the tram you will be at Bahnhofstrasse in around 10 minutes.

The bright and clean apartment is about 93 sq m in size and also has both cellar and attic storage spaces. The rent is about CHF 1920 per month, not including heating and electricity. It´s also possible to rent a parking space. The apartment is unfurnished except for a large cupboard and a washing machine. If interested, please email me. The apartment is available from March 1.

We'd be interested in subletting your apartment. We're currently in a 3-room flat just down the road on Stampfenbachstrasse, and looking for something a bit bigger.
