flat wanted in Zurich area - urgently

A commission of 1'000 CHF is to be paid to estate agent/individual who can assist in find an accommodation in Zurich area.
I am looking for minimum 2 rooms flat available from 1 February the latest. can pay a rent up to 1'800 CHF (including the utilities).
