The flat I live in with my husband and bub will be available from 13th April. It is 2 bedroom - the entrance hallway is wide so there is an additional built in desk and shelf at the end of the hallway so its more like a 2 bedroom plus an office. The rent is $1505 per month and that includes the heating bill. For an extra $60 per month you can have a parking space as well (I hear that is very cheap for a parking space and that you can pay anywhere up to $200 per month). The flat is in Affoltern, Zurich. The street is Riedenhaldenstrasse and the flat is located at the end close to the Migros and the Affoltern train station. A train to Zurich HB takes 15 minutes and there is also the 62 and 32 bus nearby. The flat has an older style kitchen but is otherwise light and bright with windows on three sides (its the end flat in the block). Its a small block with a total of 12 flats. We took the smaller fridge out of the kitchen and put in a larger fridge/freezer and small dishwasher which we could talk about leaving for you if you'd like it. Let me know if you are interested
