| 2,5 room flat for rent in Wipkingen
Hello,
I have a beautiful apartment available in Wipkingen (5 minute walk to the train station,.trams and bus). Door to door to the offices in Oerlikon takes only about 15-20 minutes, 5 minutes by train to Zürich HB and only 20 minutes to the Zurich airport!
The apartment has 2.5 rooms (about 60 square meters) – The rent per moth is CHF 1,800 (including 250 standard cost “Nebenkosten”).
The apartment is fully furnished . All the furniture is 6 month old. I want to sell furniture for CHF 2000 only. I have bought all of them from the previous tenant in January.
Unfortunately, because of change in private circumstances, I must move out,. I regret a lot to leave this beautiful apartment and nice neighbourhood
