I am looking for someone who can take over the contract of my apartment in Thalwil. I am moving out of the country somewhere in April 2009 (exact date not yet finalised).

I am looking for/recommend someone who will also be willing to take over my furniture basics (sofa, table, tv, one bed, cupboards and kitchen supplies) for a lumpsum amount.

The apartment:
- 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, livingroom, bathroom, hall), 60m2 on the second floor of the apartment
- the apartment is directly facing the lake, livingroom an one bedroom soutfacing.
- about 6/7 min walk from Thalwil station. There is a busstop at the end of the street that goes to the station 2 x hour (for the lazy ones)
- The apartment is completely renovated. New/modern kitchen with dishwasher, granite surface.
- Wooden floors with floor heating
- In the basement there is a washmachine/dryer available, which is shared with 6 households in the buildings. You can wash anytime till 10pm provided you have put it on the schedule. To be honest, I have never ever had any problem with washing my cloths during the evenigns after work or in the weekends. All the people in my block seem to wash it during the day.
-There is a keller with reasonable size to put all your stuff in.
-The rent of the apartment is CHF1830 including the "nebenkosten" of CHF200.
