- I would be leaving Zurich on 15th of May ,and hence looking for a guy who needs an accommodation and can occupy my room .The details are as below :

I have a one bedroom flat available in Wiedikon. You can have it asap...just paperwork to do. It's a one room flat with separate kitchen. the kitchen is modern and nice. 4th floor, lift, large cellar, no laundry schedule.

1244chf per month, electricity is such a small amount too. 10 misn from HB on the tram.

My 2.5 room apartment will be free from 1st of June. It is new flat in 4th floor (less than 1 year old) with dedicated washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. It is 56.2 m2 big and has a wintergarten around 10m2. The rent fee is 1515 CHF per month. I have a similar challenge. I am due to relocate to Zurich for at least 6 months from 9th June. I will be working in Baden and need to commute daily by car.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom appartment (or a flatshare with 2 spare rooms), in a location with some life, that will allow me to have a car and commute as above.

Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm leaving this apartment :

One room apartment in the kreis 4.
8 mins by foot from the hauptbanhof.
2 mins from the bus 51, the tram 4/8/11/14/13.
2 mins from coop.
2 mins form all the bars, restaurant and clubs in the kreis 4.

1820 CHF included someone who cleaned the apartment and change the towels and the bed 2 times per months.

Do you have a budget in mind? Must it be furnished? Must it be in Zürich? Seeing as you are commuting to Baden everyday by car, I guess you have a reserved parking spot, at least I hope you do if you are working in the city centre. Otherwise I think you will may find parking in Baden to be in short supply.
