Would the apartment be available from June 1st on?

We could give a discount for taking the apartment for the entire period. We have lots of people who want it for a month to a month and a half, but as you can imagine would prefer to rent to one family for the entire time.

This apartment has become available since tenants who have signed a contract for the entire period are unable to come after all and would like to withdrawl from the contract and recuperate their deposit. I as landlord am willing to help them and am placing this add here again.

The next viewing will be at 12:00 on Monday.

Location, style, ease of getting around quickly, a renovated 100 year old building and a huge garden all have their price.

No, the new price is only for a rental for the entire period. The full price of CHF 4747 would apply if we split up the rental. Still a competetive price compared to hotels.
