Family with small child seeks apartment close to zurich

Hi there, we have recently moved to Winterthur but our housing is temporary so am looking for a dwelling with 3-4 rooms 70-80 m2. We are willing to pay between 1000-1350 depending on condition and size.

But im am not sure if you will find an apartment with 3-4 rooms in or around Zürich for only CHF 1000-1350.....

There's 2 or 3 free apartments inthe building where I am in Winti

But at that price range you're after you'd have to quite a way out of Zurich, or very old and grotty apartments, or extremely lucky....

That price wont get you a decent place at all in or near Zurich. A studio maybe, but 80m2, never. And remember even as old, cheap flats become tenant free the owners do them up and then can increase rent.

Perhaps you mean 1000-1350 UK pounds?

When I did my accom searching b4 coming to switz, I found it most useful actually telephoning agents/landlords via leads I found on internet searches - and Homegate.ch.
