I will be moving out of my apartment on the 18th May, but my contract runs until end of June. So, I would like to sublet it until then, however the contract can easily be extended with the agency if you want to stay there longer.

The apartment is in Kreis 4 (Brauerstrasse) and is 10 min walk to everything - HB, Bahnhoffstr, Langstrasse etc. It's really an awesome location!

It is a one room flat (studio, but very large - I think about 40-50m2) fully furnished, on the 4th floor (with elevator) and very bright.


The price is chf1,750 per month and the terms of the contract are that you only have to give one month's notice from the end of the current month (so for me this is end of June)...
