There is a small garden with barbecue and place for bikes and plenty of free park places directly in front of the house. Attic and cellar also available. Cats allowed, dogs unfortunately not.

The Basel public transport deserves the place well allowing to be in about 20 min. in Barfüsserplatz by tram and within 12 min at Schifflände by bus. The shopping facilities are all located within 5 min in France, and if you rather shop in Switzerland it will take about 10 min. You reach the big German shopping malls within 10 min.

The rent is 449,84 € incl. Water and building administration fees, but without heater costs.
