I'm moving out of my studio next week and it will be available immediately afterwards on 7 April.
The flat is small but fully furnished with an upright bath/shower and a cabinet height refrigerator. The kitchen is shared between five studios but in my experience is rarely used between 7 - 9PM (when I usually eat dinner). I can't speak for the morning hours because I always eat in my room then. There is also a shared clothing washer/dryer that works well and is almost always available.
The location is excellent. Walk out the door and be at Stauffacher in 30 seconds where you can catch the 2, 3, 8, 9 and 14 trams. It's a 10 minute walk to Zürich Hauptbahnhof. It's next to a lovely bakery, St. Jakobs Beck, which you can see from the window preparing the next days goods starting at 2AM. In my humble opinion they have the best baked goods in Zurich. A large Coop grocery is just next to Stauffacher. There is also a small cinema, Metropol, which is a 1 minute walk from the door.
Finally, I'm also offering my
IKEA Kitchen Start box, and two complete place settings for free, both which I've used minimally over the past 8 months. You may not need either, but they may be handy if you don't have your own yet.
Rent is 880 CHF/month.
