The house is in a small close ("lotissement") of 23 houses, mostly owned by families, and the neighbourhood is a wonderful environment for children - only 10 minutes walk from Excenevex's exceptional golden sand beach (www.excenevex.fr).

Rent is €1,500 + €20 provision for charges (communal charges for the lotissement) per calendar month. All utility bills are met by the tennant.
