I am relocating to Lausanne in mid/end of July 09 and I am looking for an apartment for me and my family.

The idea that we have is as follows:
- About 100m2
- Min 2 bedrooms
- Close to supermarket/grocery shop
- Close to child playground or some child centre
- Ideally about up to 2-3 km from the centre max
- In not too noisy area (i.e. not on the main busy street)

We prefer well kept older buildings (but can be a nice new one too), second or third floor with elevator. Lake view is a plus.

Budget is somehow flexible, so please let me know if you have or know about anything that meets these requirements.

We are vacating our apartment next week. I spoke to the landlord today and he has not rented it yet. It is in Ouchy and fits all of your requirements (except your budget, perhaps, which you left unspecified). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The apartment you described is also exactly what my husband and I are looking for. We really want to live in Ouchy in a 3-3.5 room apartment. We would really be interested in your place.
