I am leaving my studio flat and I need to rent it out.

Nearest Tram stops are Brausebad (Tram numbers 1 and 6) and Bundesplatz ( Tram number 8).

Its 30 m2, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath, 3rd floor, full furnished (might be unfurnished depends of your choice).

-3 small different size chest of drawers
-1 carpet
-oven+cooker
-small TV
-small fridge
