There are three closets in the apartment: one in the hallway, one in the bedroom, and one in the living room. The living room and bedroom each have hardwood floors, while the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway contain linoleum. There is balcony off the kitchen in the front of the building. Tenants have access to a small, quiet backyard equipped with a clothesline. Laundry facilities are on the premises and are shared with the rest of the building. Tenants will also be given storage space in both the cellar and the attic.

The apartment building is located within a 1 min walking distance from a tramline that can take you either downtown (10 min ride) or to the grocery stores and post (2 min ride). The grocery stores and post are within walking distance (less than 10 min) and the Bern Dahlholzli is only a 15 min walk away.

Also, we must sell all of our furniture and house wares, as we will be moving from Bern permanently. We are willing to negotiate with the new tenants to sell everything that we have (so the apartment would effectively be furnished when you move in).
