Philip, our German sub tenant couldn't find a job here, so is moving out at relatively short notice (ok with me), so I'm looking for a new sub tenant for a furnished room in a flat-share of 3, at

The room has a single spring mattress bed, cupboard, worktable and a bureau. Rent is 700.-CHF/M & 70.- for additional costs like water, gas, electricity, VDSL (very fast Wireless Internet). Deposit 860.-CHF which you'll get back when you move out.

No no, the flat-share has always had at least 1 girl! Currently Stefano (Italy) and Svitlana (Ukraine) and Philip (Germany) in the flat!
